  1. ✨ What we did in April

    Improvement
    Fix
    Announcement

April's drop: a lot of things we've been wanting to ship for a while.

Your playtest data is finally organized the way it deserves: all in one place, without changing how you run sessions.

    Quick highlights:

    • Playtests, leveled up: Each game now has a Playtesters tab, an Aggregated Feedback view to spot patterns across sessions, and custom fields to capture whatever your game needs.
    • It's all in the family: You can now link games as expansions of each other, with a dedicated Expansions tab and visibility on your catalog.
    • Tags that travel: Tags are now account-wide, so one tag works across all your projects. Plus a new "Group by Tag" view so you can see everything by label at once.
    • Small wins: check tasks done right from the list, auto-save in task details, a new Urgent priority color, calendar now starts on Monday, and more!

    • From BGG to your list: Quickly Import titles from BoardGameGeek without extra steps.
    • Pipeline that fits manufacturing: New In freight stage plus clearer status filters (including select all / clear) and filters that stick when you open Games.

  4. ✨ What we did in February

    Improvement
    New Feature
    Fix
    Announcement

February’s drop: a few things we’re pretty happy with.

New ways to protect your stuff, lay out your cards, and move faster between ideas and exports without changing how you work.

    Quick highlights:

    • Lock it down: Password-protect rulebooks and sell sheets so only the right people get in.
    • Cards that fold (for real): Gutterfold layout for print-and-play so your PDFs match how you want them cut and folded.
    • Component images: Add, swap, or remove component images in your games component table.
    • Small wins: Cleaner playtest feedback forms, smoother loading, and more!

  8. Introducing the Playtest Dashboard

    Improvement

You finally have proof. Not vibes. Not gut feelings. Actual data.

    Playtest Dashboard

The new Playtest Dashboard turns raw playtest feedback into clear, actionable insights. See how players engage, where time is spent, who’s winning (and why), and how your game really performs across versions and formats.

What you can visualize and explore:

    • Engagement, completion, and win rates
    • Setup, rules, and playtime breakdowns
    • Player count, roles, and turn order impact
    • Score distributions and trends
    • Physical vs digital performance

For accurate analysis, make sure your playtest sessions are fully filled in. Better data means better insights. Less guessing. Fewer arguments. Better decisions

Your playtests were already valuable. Now they’re loud about it.
